When I went to purchase a ticket for the Moody Blues show in San
Antonio, I arrived at the ticketmaster outlet at FYI music store at
around 10:30 am. I thought that there would've been a line (public
sale went on at 10am) but when I arrived there, there was no line at
all. I was surprised. Maybe this doesn't bode well for the Moodies
as the tickets aren't selling too briskly?
I was pretty happy with what I got. I was able to get a floor seat in
a section close to the stage so that was very good. And I was content
with how reasonable the ticket prices were, and I came away thinking
that it was a good deal. I only paid $49 something for the ticket,
plus I paid an additional fee for a parking pass to the venue. I
thought it would've cost a lot more for a floor seat.
Certainly this latest ticket purchase is a much better deal than the
total rip off prices that the rolling stones charged for their tour.
The stones were charging up to $300 if you want a decent seat, and they
were not worth the money at all. I would not pay to see them again for
that kind of money.
I think the moody blues ticket price is a very good deal. You can't get
any better than that to see a legendary band like the Moody Blues. I'm
looking forward to a night of nostalgia and hearing the band relive
some good music.

Wow Ty! I am glad that you had a good ticket buying experience. I can't wait
to hear you actually talk about a show that you will be attending!

That really is a good ticket price. If it's not important that you be
in the first 3 rows, generally, I think Moody Blues tickets are as
reasonable as can be expected. Anyplace you don't need binoculars to
see the band members' faces is a good seat.
I will also be interested in what you think of the show, if you want to
share it. How long has it been since you have been to one, Ty? Of
everything, I know you'll like Higher and Higher. They all do well
with that one.
