The Moodies Tour Manager, Chris Mancinelli, has launched his website. It's
very nice! If you're interested you can check it out at

This name is ringing no bells with me. I took a peek at the site and upon a
brief visit I found it very creative and will check it out another time.
When was this guy the tour manager?

From the web site as indicated below:
1995-2004: Hired as tour manager for English Prog/Rockers the Moody Blues.
Begins an extreme work life of private jets, 5 star hotels, expensive wines,
and 6 shows a week in different cities. All residing in the proverbial "fast
lane." Touring 3 times a year and actually thriving in the
high-pressure/breakneck environment.....hey it's a great day job!
Fortunately balanced by staunch middle class life style and comfortable home
life.

You can get more than I can, Wizard. I can only get a couple small
paragraphs on the right side, and then it won't scroll down any more.
So my computer is missing most of the interesting info written on the
right hand portion of the website.
>From what you wrote, though, all that came to mind is "Gee, what a
rough life." No wonder, as Justin has said, he has to go on tour to
rest...it's probably better than at home. I didn't know he was not
tour manager anymore. The last I heard Justin was still talking about
Chris finding him places to work out wherever they were.
Maybe I'm missing something important because I can't get most of the
information, but why is Chris putting up his own website? Is he
selling something?

Ouch... it would be nice if you could scroll.
If you need more info from the site just let me know and I'll cut and paste
and send it your way... if it will help.
Chris may still be with them as tour manager... but his site just mentions
the job through 2004 as far as I can tell. There is a good deal of info
available about Chris and not much about anything else. :-) The equivalent
of an "I love me wall".
:-)
Oh yes, to answer your question, if you see the "disc" it points to what
seems to be music for sale. I didn't explore it. ;-)

Not that interested in Chris, really, but was an interesting
observation about working for them through 2004 when they have already
been on one tour this year. Just wondering if he moved on. Thanks for
the offer, though. I figured he must have been selling something, as I
doubt he would be setting up a website only to worship the band. (Need
one of those little burning devil emoticons like EZBoard has right
here.)
